What we collect

What you give us to price your job: your name, email, phone, the property address, the answers you choose, what you say or type about the work (voice recordings are turned into text), photos, videos, plans and measurements, and questions you ask our helper. If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password.

How we use it

To review your request, prepare and send your estimate, contact you about it, and visit the property if you approve. For the address, we look up the public county property record (for example living area and year built). We use AI services to take notes, draft an estimate for our review, answer questions in the helper and make an optional preview picture of your room.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the app for us: hosting (Vercel), database and file storage (Supabase), email (Resend), AI processing (OpenAI) and Google for sign-in. They process the data for us and not for their own advertising. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for your request and any job that follows, and as required for business and legal records. You can ask us to delete your request and account at any time by email.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to us. You can sign out at any time from "My requests".
