Estimates

Prices sent through this app are estimates based on the photos and information you provide. If you approve an estimate, one of our estimators or project managers visits the property before the job starts to confirm everything. The price can change at that visit if the conditions on site are different from what we saw. An estimate is not a contract; work starts only after a signed agreement.

The helper and AI previews

Answers from the helper and AI preview pictures are for guidance only. They are not prices, designs or professional advice. Your price comes from SAFCO after review.

Your information and uploads

Send only photos and files you have the right to share. You allow SAFCO to use them to review and price your request. See our privacy page.

Emergencies

This app is not an emergency service. For active flooding, gas smell, sparks or any danger, shut off water or power if safe and call 911, then call us.
